San Jacinto Corvette Club
The San Jacinto Corvette Club (SICC) is a social organization formed for the purpose of enjoying America's Sports Car, The Chevrolet Corvette. It is the only Corvette Club in the Houston area that is a member of the National Council of Corvette Clubs (NCCC).
The first official club meeting was held in 1957. Back then, the membership was around 20 people and meetings were Sunday picnics San Jacinto State Park and at restaurants. Today we number around 200 members from all around Houston. We are the Oldest Corvette Club in Texas and have a proud history. Check it out at the "SJCC History" tab above.
Our members are the life of our club and activities. We participate in everything from car shows, road trips, and parades, to racing and social gatherings; all activities are a result of our club members' passion and creativity. The primary focus of activities today is on spirited drives on back country roads to a destination we can enjoy together. Most events are one day weekend drives, but there are also long-weekend trips and the occasional multi-week adventures. Check the "Events" tab above.
